The hotel accepts only guaranteed bookings. The mode of payment should be determined in reservation list. The reservation considers to be guaranteed:
- if the hotel have got a guarantee letter from company with obligation to pay for
the guest’s stay
- if the reservation is providing with credit card details.
The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize a credit card provided as a guarantee in order to block one night stay amount of money for the penalty reasons, or full amount of stay if booking done at the rate of compulsory deposit.
The travel agency or other companies reserving rooms should first check for availability of money on customer’s credit card, provided as a guarantee, since they are responsible for the accuracy of information about the credit card. In case of providing false information or lack of money on credit card, required to guarantee the reservation, the hotel has the right to reject to make the reservation until the company provides alternative guarantee or credit card. If such data is not provided, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to complete the booking as for an individual client, as well as for company.
The travel agency has to provide it’s contact details – IATA number, address, telephone and e- mail.
А free cancellation is possible 24 hours before date of arrival, hotel time. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival or NO SHOW, the hotel has right to withdraw from the credit card provided as guarantee fee of first night’s stay at the hotel.
